Performance Training

60 minutes: $50

The performance training will be designed to help athletes reach their potential in their respective sports or events.  Areas that will be addressed are mobility, flexibility, speed and agility, as well as general and core strength.

monthly: $200

You will be provided with 10 workouts tailored to your specific goals.  Each week there would be a scheduled zoom session to discuss training, nutrition, and progress.
